3. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement consenting to jurisdiction in your local federal court
4. Repeat Infringers
MBSM Shortener will terminate user accounts and block access to users who are repeat infringers. We reserve the right to remove any content at our sole discretion.
